Every bottle of Clarity Wash and Resonance Balm is hand-blended, packed, and dispatched directly from our workbench in Dundee, Scotland. Because this is a solo artisan operation, I spend the majority of my day on the bench or fulfilling orders. Please review the common questions below before reaching out.

Where is my order?

We despatch all orders within 1–2 business days. If you selected standard shipping, please allow 2–3 days for Royal Mail to deliver. Track your order using the link in your despatch email.

Are your products safe for vintage nitrocellulose?

Yes. Clarity Wash is 100% silicone-free and acid-free. Resonance Balm contains zero d-limonene or solvents. Formulated specifically for high-end and vintage finishes.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the UK to ensure safe, delay-free transit of our premium liquids.
