Every bottle of Clarity Wash and Resonance Balm is hand-blended, packed, and dispatched directly from our workbench in Dundee, Scotland. Because this is a solo artisan operation, I spend the majority of my day on the bench or fulfilling orders. Quick Answers
- Where is my order? We dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. If you selected standard shipping, please allow 2-3 days for Royal Mail to deliver. You can track your order using the link in your dispatch email.
- Are your products safe for vintage nitrocellulose? Yes. Clarity Wash is 100% silicone-free and acid-free. Resonance Balm contains zero d-limonene or solvents. They are formulated specifically for high-end and vintage finishes.
- Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the UK to ensure safe, delay-free transit of our premium liquids.
