Every bottle of Clarity Wash and Resonance Balm is hand-blended, packed, and dispatched directly from our workbench in Dundee, Scotland. Because this is a private solo artisan operation, I spend the majority of my day at the bench or fulfilling orders. Where is my order?
We despatch all orders within 1–2 business days. If you selected standard shipping, please allow 2–3 days for Royal Mail to deliver. Track your order using the link in your despatch email.
Are your products safe for vintage nitrocellulose?
Yes. Clarity Wash is 100% silicone-free and acid-free. Resonance Balm contains zero d-limonene or solvents. Formulated specifically for high-end and vintage finishes.
How does the free Dundee collection service work?
For all booked workshop services (£35 Precision Restring, £50 Hand-Carved Bone Nut, £65 Deep Clean, £95 Complete Setup, £115 Fret Level & Polish), we arrange complimentary evening doorstep pickup and return across Dundee, Broughty Ferry, Monifieth, and Newport-on-Tay.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the UK to ensure safe, delay-free transit of our premium liquids.

Private Artisan Bench (Zero Walk-Ins)
This address is our working private residential luthier bench and despatch facility. To maintain absolute focus on bench calibration and instrument care, there is no open retail counter or walk-in service. All local services in Dundee include complimentary doorstep pickup and return, with physical workbench visits strictly by scheduled appointment.
