The Complete Guitar collects personal identifiers (Name, Email, Delivery Address) strictly for the fulfillment of artisan orders, workshop appointments, and mobile services. Your data is your property; it is stored within secure databases (including the Google Firebase Luthier Vault) and is never distributed, sold, or shared with third-party marketers.
2. Financial Integrity & Third-Party Services
Website payment processing is handled exclusively via Stripe. For our mobile application, LuthierScan Pro, we partner with RevenueCat as our third-party service provider to manage in-app purchases, subscriptions, and transaction validation. RevenueCat may collect anonymized purchase tokens, transaction histories, and device identifiers to prevent fraud and manage your subscription state. We do not store complete financial credentials on our local servers.
3. LuthierScan Pro App Data Collection
Our Android application, LuthierScan Pro, collects minimal technical data necessary for application stability and performance. This includes device type, operating system version, and application version. This data is processed to diagnose crashes, maintain performance, and deliver software updates.
4. Purpose & Usage of Data
We use the collected information solely to provide core application functionality (including tuning, setup, and intonation analysis) and to manage your active "Setup Kit" subscription or digital license. We only process data that is essential to guarantee a reliable, technical luthier assistance workflow.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures to safeguard your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All network communication is encrypted in transit using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL/TLS) protocols.
6. Children’s Privacy
Neither our website nor the LuthierScan Pro application is intended for or directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or request personal data from individuals under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will delete that information immediately.
7. User Rights (UK GDPR Compliance)
In accordance with UK GDPR and relevant data protection laws, you possess the right to access, rectify, restrict, or request the erasure of your personal data. You may also object to the processing of your data at any time. Because LuthierScan Pro does not create individual user accounts, we do not store persistent personal data. If you wish to request the deletion of any data associated with your interaction with our services (such as purchase history managed through Google Play/RevenueCat), please email us at support@thecompleteguitar.com. We will respond to your request and process the deletion of any accessible data within 30 days.
9. Digital Artifacts
We use essential cookies to manage your workshop kit (cart) and secure your access to the Luthier Desk. No invasive tracking or persistent advertising cookies are utilised in this workshop.
