Evaluation of neck relief under tension, nut slot depths with digital feeler gauges, bridge radius matching, and potentiometer sweeps.

Stage 2: Truss Rod Calibration

Dialled to exact micro-relief tolerances, taking seasonal humidity into account to eliminate low-fret buzz without raising mid-range action.

Stage 3: Action & Radius Optimisation

Individual bridge saddles adjusted to replicate your exact fingerboard radius (7.25", 9.5", 12", or compound) at targeted string clearances.

Stage 4: Precision Strobe Intonation

Saddle lengths calibrated under playing posture using strobe precision (±0.01 cent accuracy) for pure chords up to the 22nd fret.

Stage 5: Cleanse, Hydrate & Mirror Polish
