Refund Policy

1. Apothecary Goods

Unopened and unused products in original packaging may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Due to the high-purity nature of our formulas, any item with a broken safety seal cannot be returned to prevent potential contamination.

2. Service Deposits

Cancellations for workshop appointments made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within the 48-hour window or "no-shows" will forfeit the bench deposit to cover scheduled artisan time.

3. Digital & Theoretical Goods

Technical consultations and Ritual Guides are considered fulfilled upon delivery and are non-refundable.
