Workshop Despatch Times

As a solo luthier operation, we process and despatch all orders within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive a despatch notification email with tracking details the moment your order leaves the workbench.

The Packaging Ritual

We refuse to use cheap bubble wrap or plastic mailers. Your supplies will arrive in a protective, die-cut kraft presentation box, secured with natural wood wool, or recycled paper void fill. This ensures your aluminium bottles arrive safely while remaining 100% plastic-free and sustainable.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship outside of the United Kingdom. Due to strict international aviation and customs regulations regarding the transport of liquid workshop supplies and fretboard oils, we are currently keeping our fulfilment strictly domestic to ensure every package arrives without delay or damage.

Once your order is despatched, you will receive a tracking link. Please monitor this link for delivery updates.
